Something i've realised over a period of few weeks,getting over a breakup is never a gradual process.Popular misconception,though, goes that slowly you try to forget it;the pain becomes less and after an appropriate period of time,you are good,normal:WRONG !!!!! What actually happens is that you try to push everything to a corner of your mind, preoccupy yourself with other stuff,divert your resources,time and attention to things which are more or less important than you sitting in a corner and crying.And one fine day something happens,an old text message, an e-mail you forgot to delete from your recycle bin, an old picture or a just a lame song,causes a rebound of all the stuff you had buried down, only to make you realise that the wound is still raw, the pain is still unbearable and it all looks like yesterday.Then you want to go back a few moments in time wishing to have never put in that old sim card,never to have opened the bin,shouldnt have flipped through the album,never to have played that particular playlist.YES it still is that bad  but the day you decide to turn a blind eye and deaf ear to anything and everything which might cause the sore wounds to reopen and mess with your head, that's when you have gotten over a breakup.its just like a sore throat infection,never leaves your body;just lies there dormant,waiting to pounce back and wreak havoc on your life. Just dont lower your guard ...

all my friends who have more than one circle of friends spread over different cities, different schools, localities, neighborhoods must have faced this issue. you just cannot keep everyone in the loop...and the moment you think that things are going a bit ok in your life...one whiner pings you online or drops in a call with the usual rona dhona ...tu to bhool gai... i'm sorry guys but yes the word is whiner..why on the earth would a friend would ignore you on purpose...if i havent pinged you simply means i am busy...and the logic saying that if you really care for someone then you will obviously make time for that someone is seriously flawed...how many people can you care for all at one time????!?!?!?

serendipity first came into light by the accidental discovery of Penicillin by Sir Alexander Fleming, but all the scientific stuff kept aside..serendipity is a concept which really confuses me...Philosophy says that everything is pre-planned and nothing happens by chance or coincidentally...planned...if something doesn't work according to what you're thinking it should...it wasn't supposed to be that way...the plan was something else... the last minute decision to change "your" plan is part of the "bigger plan"..
So if everything is planned then what the hell is serendipity??!??!?!?!

do break ups happen only in relationships like the girl friend boy friend relationships?does the phenomena occur in friendship and all...it does....in a boyfriend girlfriend thing the things preceding and succeeding are very stereotypical...the rona dhona and all....little tiffs where you lose your patience and the things surmount and you feel that you can't take it anymore...and after the breakup you are down and regretting it all..my best friend's bro wrote a very interesting note about breakups on Facebook...i absolutely loved it...it actually describes what all goes in your mind and life after break up...
but in friendship...the most pivotal thing is lack of expectation...not in the negative sense though...friends are generally chilled out....they are cool if you don't answer their calls , don't return their calls, don't reply to their messages ...they don't mess with your head, don't argue with you about why you never give them time...don't get upset if you flirt around...,might even give you tips on how to do it..!!!
breakup in friendship is not an event..its not a series of tear filled discussions or arguements...its a gradual painful detachment starting from the time when you realise that your friend doesn't need you anymore,,,,no when it hits you that you weren't needed since a long time, you just didn't realise it....and then starts the whole telling yourself that if it makes your friend happy then so be it...you will always be there.....

Hear this,barely days after the tragic Mangalore crash, Air India has flown into trouble once again with a flash strike being called by a section of its engineers, cabin crew and ground staff to protest against a showcause notice issued to their union leaders on Tuesday.
Around 45 flights were cancelled till midnight of which 12 were from Delhi. Most other flights operated on a delayed schedule, leading to chaos across almost all airports in the country. Passengers booked on Wednesday's flights have been told to call up the airline for flight status before leaving for the airport. 
In a country where travelling by a flight was till a recent a taboo or more like a luxury has now become a routine affair, Indian Airlines or more so Air India still seems to struggle with innumerable issues like union troubles, strikes,  or lately the crash. How on the earth are they thinking to even run the airline forget making a profit out of it.
Personal experience, run a search for a flight deal from anywhere to anywhere in the country the last airline with the highest price tag will Indian Airlines. And what for, the delayed departures, the hovering over the airport wasting time, the airhostesses who are like my mom's age putting on heavy teflon coating make-up to hide all the wrinkles and crow's feet...phew...its like taking all that money and blowing it up with aviation fuel....

In the wake of the Mangalore crash, Air India has rejected reports that operational and engineering infrastructure of its budget carrier was inadequate and did not meet required norms.. I have some serious doubts about that...ever seen the show Air Crash Investigations on NatGeo(btw the classiest channel on television)its a good show:)...but come to think of it...people really like watching tragic events....one plane crash or train accident and the entire news channels get flooded with reporters with latest updates from the crash sites, goofy looking experts analyzing all about the crash....survivors telling their stories....eye witnesses telling their versions...basically everyone wants to be a part of the tragedy and hog the limelight for their 15 seconds of fame...idiots!!!! anyway may their souls rest in peace.....

one of my friends wrote something really interesting about this bit in facebook...saying that everyone joins communities, and pages on social networking communities, but no body cares enough to contribute in charity to provide compensation to the families...hmmm....food for thought ....:)

well like i was saying the hidden under current kind of complications...weird ones...those just stay there under the covers for a loooo...ooong time and when spring out bring disastrous results....all this while it'll be wracking your brain to give you a straight ticket to beyond the valley of torture....you put the whole issue on a pedestal in your brain (plus the hush hush thing attached) but when you actually start arguing about it you feel that you were on the other side of the valley that is lamity...you should have either talked it out when you first felt it cropped up or just keep your mouth shut for all eternity....let things go the way they are going...and pretend like there's nothing wrong....everyone's happy so you are happy and your peace of mind is yours...

no we are not talking about the famous avril lavigne track..agreed it was brilliant...i'm talking bigger complications.
situations like boy friend girl friend fights, awkward situations on first dates, adjustment issues for couples, in-laws and all that is pretty stereotypical complicated stuff..the kind of s*** you sign up for when you decide to come to earth this time round....the weirder complications are the ones no body talks about or expects.....like between siblings, or room mates....gotta rush will get back in 5 minutes...
